On June 1, 2017, young farmers who had participaed to “Livestock workshop to increase skills among youth” program, presented their business projects (programs).

The program is launched in frames of “Livestock development in the south of Armenia” and purposed to motivate youth farmers to use and implement new technologies and methods in Livestock development. The program includes 3 etaps: training, professional advisory and technical assistance.

Youth, who participated to the first etap of program had got required knowlages and management, marketing, producing and financial management skills which helped them to create and develop the investment programs. The main areas of their investment plans were: “Bull feeding”, “Taking care of milk-giving calves”, “Building a grass shed” “Renօvation of cattle sheds and animal care”. As a result 17 from 22 participants with realistic business plans passed to the next etap. They will get an assistance to fulfill the plans as weel as required.
